Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased, shipping address, and estimated delivery time.

Order Processing Time: We process and dispatch orders within Estimated 4 to 6 business days excluding weekends and Public Holidays days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving payment. Please note that order processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Business Hours: We operate during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT +8). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates and options are determined by your shipping address, order weight, and chosen delivery method. The available shipping options for orders within Singapore orders are outlined below:

Flat rate cost: SGD 5 per order. Limited to maximum weight 2KG.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment notification email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier's tracking website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. Please ensure you provide a valid, physical address for delivery.

Shipping to Restricted Areas: There might be some restricted addresses that our delivery partner cannot support. Please ensure that your delivery address does not require special clearance or permit to access the premises.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Missing Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at kumanthongsg@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating the package. Do provide us with your order number details to facilitate the checks.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue depending on the circumstances.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event where we have shipped out your order to the wrong location due to an incorrect address given, we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address. This would mean that once the airway bill is generated with the address that was initially indicated in the order, we will not be able to make any other changes.
